ACTIVE DUTY STATIONED IN WASHINGTON OR NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERS
You may be eligible for resident tuition as an active duty military member/National Guard member or as a member’s spouse or dependent.
How Do I Apply?
Submit the following:
- Copy of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders for an installation in Washington
- Copy of the student’s Military identification card (front only)
WASHINGTON MEMBERS STATIONED ELSEWHERE
You may be eligible for resident tuition if you are a member of the military whose home of record is Washington State, and who is stationed in another state or overseas.
How Do I Apply?
Submit the following:
- Completed
Document
- Copy of active military member’s L.E.S. (Leave and Earnings Statement), or home of record documentation
- Copy of your military ID (front only)
- Documentation that you are maintaining your Washington legal ties while being stationed elsewhere. You need to submit at least three of the following:
- Driver’s license
- Voter’s registration
- Vehicle registration
- Property ownership (if you own property in Washington)
- Storage of property in Washington
- Bank account
