The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) leads and creates a culture of evidence for decision-making and continuous quality improvement. Data capacity is established through the construction of dashboards, research summaries, fact sheets, program health statistics, federal compliance documents, survey results, accreditation artifacts and measures of strategic outcomes.
IE work includes:
- Serving as the IPEDS Keyholder
- Managing contracts with external agencies for research or strategic planning
- Providing data for federal/state grants
- Summarizing data for the Foundation
- Creating custom surveys for data collection
- Collecting data on student, staff and faculty satisfaction
- Maintaining final files from SBCTC
- Providing enrollment projections
- Developing strategic planning reports
- Responding to data requests from administrators, faculty, staff, students and other stakeholders
