Students thrive through active participation in their program of study, adhering to the guidelines, protocols and policies set by the college, program and chosen industry. Clover Park Technical College provides education to prepare students to enter a wide range of industries. Different industries have different expectations, ethics and rules for their members, and Clover Park Technical College supports industry standards as allowed in an education setting. As a result, individual programs must develop program policies to reflect the unique needs of their industry and program. Students adhere to these policies, understanding that failure to do so may result in academic penalties and discipline. The discipline invoked depends upon the severity of the offenses or threat to others. These could range from a verbal warning to dismissal from the program.
