The College Relations Department at Clover Park Technical College is responsible for communicating how our college benefits potential students, friends, public representatives, legislators, Washington citizens and the media. We also offer services to help faculty, staff and administrators meet their communication and marketing goals.
Our team manages CPTC's brand, including the College's graphic identity, social media, online presence and advertising. We create and implement reputation-building strategies to inspire the community to attend, invest in or recommend CPTC.
Our team can help departments and programs plan, design, and produce effective, professional communications — brochures, mailers, videos, electronic campaigns — that meet CPTC's brand standards.
We serve as a liaison between the College and local, state, and national governments and agencies. In addition, we provide guidance to employees and information to legislators to contribute to the public policy process.
Our community-relations program includes tours, college sponsorships and college-sponsored community involvement. We also advise departments looking to increase community awareness of what we offer.
Our media-relations experts write press releases and prepare press kits. We also connect media with our faculty and staff and advise departments on how to make good use of media resources.
