    • Description: We cordially invite you, your family and friends to the 2019 Veterans Day Ceremony. The ceremony is sponsored by Clover Park Technical College to honor and thank all who served in the United States Armed Forces. The ceremony will be held on Wednesday November 6, 2019 at the McGavick Conference Center and is scheduled to begin at 11 am. Light refreshments will be served beginning at 10:30 am. Learn more.

The first 200 students who RSVP will receive a FREE FOOD VOUCHER that will be available for pick up on the day of the event in the SLSC in Building 23.     • Description: Join us for our second movie night of fall quarter, featuring the 2019 live action version of The Lion King, on Friday, November 15 at 6:30pm in the Building 23 Ballroom. This event is FREE to all CPTC students, faculty, staff, and UNLIMITED guests! We will also have our signature ice cream bar at this event for all to enjoy as we watch this film.     • Description: Join us November 19 from 6-8:30pm for mocktails and appetizers, and unleash your creativity! Come paint your very own work of art, with a step-by-step instruction from our guest artist. Whether it’s your first time picking up a paint brush, or you are an experienced artist, this will be a night of fun that everyone can enjoy. Spaces are limited, sign up is required. RSVP required.

    • Description: Come join us for Stress Relieving Chair Acupuncture on December 4th, 2019 in Building 23 Room 112 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Service will be provided by Compass Acupuncture Tacoma who’s mission is to create a better everyday life for its patients free of pain through the use of proven alternative medical treatments. RSVP is not required, though space is limited. First come, first served. Learn more.

    • Description: The Campus Activities Board is pleased to offer you an opportunity to attend the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium’s annual Zoo Lights event. See the zoo transformed into a colorful winter wonderland with more than a half-million lights. This event takes place on Friday, December 6. Tickets will be distributed at the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium between 5-7pm, and the zoo will be open for this event from 5-9pm. Cost is free for current CPTC students. Students are permitted to bring one guest also free of charge. RSVP required.
