We recently updated our campus WiFi network with newer, faster equipment. Below are instructions for accessing the new network.
Student WiFi Account Activation
You must go to the Learning Resource Center Computer Lab (building 15) to activate your account. Your Wi-Fi account cannot be created by phone or online. A Computer Tech will assist you in setting up your account during open hours, Monday – Friday. Wi-Fi accounts cannot be established during the weekend.
Your username is composed of your last name (in lowercase letters) as recorded in the Registrar's office, and the last four digits of your CPTC Student ID number (not your social security number).
You will be asked to create a password for your account. Please remember your password as we cannot retrieve it for you. If you forget your password you will need to return to the Computer Lab to have it reset by a Computer Tech.
Your password will expire every 120 days.
Passwords must be a minimum of 10 characters in length.
