Don currently serves as the Executive Director of Training. He has been managing workforce training and education, and HR/Organizational Development services to businesses, non-profits, government agencies and tribal enterprises for over 20 years. He has both leadership and experience in community college corporate education and non-profit workforce development programming. Throughout his career, he has worked successfully with hundreds of diverse organizations creating and directing the delivery of cost-effective education, training and consultative solutions.
He completed his M-Div. at Trinity International University and his B.A. at Gordon College. Don holds the Association of Talent Development’s Certified Professional in Learning and Performance credential, the Jack Philips’ ROI Certification, and an instructional design and delivery credential from the Illinois Center for Workplace Literacy Basic Skills. He has developed and taught thousands of hours of English language and basic skills courses, leadership, customer service and sales, and business communication skills both in the USA and abroad.
He has worked as Director of Corporate Solutions at the College of Lake County (Grayslake, IL), Associate Dean of Corporate and Continuing Education at Aims Community College (Greeley, CO), and as the Assistant Workforce Director at Goodwill of Olympics and Rainier Region, building supportive programs for the disabled and disadvantaged in Western WA. Prior to joining the community college system in 2000, he operated an educational consulting firm in the Chicago market providing training and consulting services to Japanese executives and expatriates.
Don is an experienced local business leader, instructional designer and facilitator with a passion for seeing people from all walks of life reach their highest potential through education, training, and purposeful professional development.

Fred serves as the Director of Training responsible for working with our clients and managing the development and implementation of our Customized Training, Expert Consulting, and Personalized Coaching services.
With over 20 years’ experience in public, private and educational sectors, Fred has also worked in training or education as an instructor/facilitator, department head and director of instructional programs. Over these years of experience, he has provided creative and resourceful leadership and development of training utilizing various methodologies. He has developed and taught Train-the-Trainer courses, developed and delivered Equity and Social Justice training all across the State of Washington and provided formal and informal coaching from the individual contributor to executive level.
Fred holds a Master of Science in Workforce Education/Organizational Development from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, postgraduate certificate in Human Resource Management from Chapman, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Central Washington University and doctorial level studies from Oregon State University in Educational Leadership. He is certified as a trainer in Equity and Social Justice Training and a facilitator in Continuous Improvement.

In her role as the Home Care Training Project Manager, Cait manages the team providing HCA training delivery to support the SEIU 775 Benefits Group. In this position, she manages various instructors and staff, oversees scheduling of classes around WA State, and coordinates multiple priority projects with a geographically distributed team.

Lucinda serves as a Program Coordinator supporting the delivery of our Home Care Aide training courses. She has over 10 plus years of experience with Pierce College Community & Continuing Education where she supervised staff and coordinated hundreds of online and on-campus programs. Prior to working with Pierce, she was an Employee Development Specialist with Boeing for over five years. She holds a BA in Educational Studies, is a Certified Program Planner (CPP), and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

Jackie Herrera-Bravo is originally from Sunnyside WA, growing up around agricultural work. She supports the team as a Program Coordinator, assisting with scheduling and other training logistics and details for local contracts and JSP grant clients. She graduated from Washington State University with a BA Human Development and BS in Psychology. Jackie has worked alongside Michael Heim conducting a research Project specifically in collecting data on how programs, such as the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP), have successfully helped underrepresented students graduate from Washington State University. She has an easy going persona and enjoys creating professional relationships with everyone she meets.
